I had the most amazing experience at Rydges in Surry Hills, and it was all thanks to Naomi at the concierge desk. From the moment my mum and I arrived, her exceptional service and attention to detail truly stood out. Naomi went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, and her warm and professional demeanor made us feel so welcome. Infact, she didn’t just meet our expectations—she exceeded them in every way possible. Naomi's efforts turned what was already a great stay into something truly memorable, and because of her, I am now a lifelong lover of Rydges hotels. Great Hotel in a great location. Spacious rooms and very friendly and supportive staff. Entertainment for the little ones includes a large pool and a cinema. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen. We had a great time at this Hotel.
