Not a good experience this time
Stayed here on 3 different occasions now, and this was the worst. We came into town after a 23 hour drive to find our room was not ready at 6pm (3pm) check-in with no estimated time. We returned back at 8:30pm and still not ready. Finally, at 9:15pm our rooms were ready.
Two days prior we had booked 2 rooms with a request of both being in the same floor, receptionist said “not a problem, just remind us when you get here”. This was an issue and you check-in told us this request now may not happen.
Hotel elevator reeked of weed and so did the 2nd floor. Elevators and halls dirty, gym is more subpar than before and just overall, was not a great experience. Unfortunate because we travel there a bit and our two previous stays were great.
Manager said there was nothing she could do to refund our portion of the 6 hour delay at check-in, but could sign me up for a Marriott Rewards program. Not sure what that even equates too, but still haven’t see that either.
I usually never write reviews and try to give people benefit of the doubt, but this was very disappointing for the money I paid. I would recommend not staying here.
All of our future trips to Snyder, we will be looking elsewhere for a room.
