TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.

Beautiful house, great location
Overall, my group had a great time staying at this place. Will list few Pros and Cons, but the Cons were minor and are more of a suggestion than criticism. Pros:Great location. Less than 20 minutes from the WISP mountain resort. Nice view of the Deep Creek LakeBeautiful house. Well Kept. Three attached bathrooms. A separate playroom in the outhouse. Responsive Management: Team Railey was very good on communication. Everything was handled smoothly Cons:Check in is 4 PM and check out is 10AM. Any request to move it even by 1 hour needed additional payment. We ended up paying extra for checking in 2 hours earlier- it was well communicated and we accepted the arrangement- but a private owner would have been more understanding. Few supplies were not adequate. We had to buy most of the toiletries. One TP per bathroom and no hand soap (there was one or two but we had to buy five ourselves), shampoo etc. Only threee dishwasher pod, minimal trash bag and kitchen paper towel etc. for the price we paid we were hoping that we wouldn’t have to worry about the minimal supplies. This can be easily fixed for the other guests though.

Fantastic stay!
My friends and I had a great time at this property. It was very comfortable, plenty of space, and great views of the lake. Will be back in the future for sure!

Overall great experience with one exception
The property is beautiful and accommodated us well. The only complaint was that we ran out of water. We were not able to flush toilets or wash hands, and we had two toddlers with us. We couldn’t properly clean before we left as a result. We did not feel a sense of urgency when we reported this issue. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen in the future because it’s a great spot!!
