The hotel staff were great during our stay. They helped us with all our needs. We were a little disappointed that they were renovating the hotel and therefore had limited food and services.

Location is great, there are a few restaurants around the hotel some of them are in walkable distance. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly.

This hotel I stayed out was not what was advertised to me. I was told the pool was open and operating and it was complementary breakfast. When I arrived the pool was closed and not working which was a total disaster because I had family that travel here to swim. I could have stayed at another hotel this was my main thing I needed from this hotel. There as no complementary breakfast. The Starbucks in the hotel was closed. Kids from some soccer team was running all through the hallway. My room phone didn’t work. My tv kept going out on regular tv and my Netflix kept getting stuck. I would like to be compensated for something. I did not enjoy myself at all.

Hotel is a little dated, and the elevator ride was scarier than some haunted houses ive been in, but the room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The a/c didn't seem to respond to our request (we prefer to sleep with a colder temp), but it was @70°, which was tolerable. A group of young athletes were there for a sporting event, so they were running up and down the halls until 11pm, but the room was very quiet after they settled down.
