Welcome to Emerald Blue, our Newly remodeled/updated 2 bed/2 bath condo in the Grand Palms at Deerfield community. Its perfectly located between Hwy 17 Business and 17 Bypass, just 1.5 miles from the 16th Ave. N beach access point and convenient to every Surfside amenity. Emerald Blue has spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining, cathedral ceilings and tons of closet space. Tired of overpaying and staying in cramped quarters? You can stay in luxury and not break the bank w/ this one!

The Space:

This spacious and comfortable condo is located in the heart of Surfside Beach and close to downtown Surfside and the gorgeous and brand new Surfside Pier. Included is a fully stocked eat in kitchen and comfortable living room to relax and enjoy family time. The downstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet.  The 2nd floor loft bedroom has 2 full sized beds, a private en suite bath and spacious walk in closet.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. Don't forget to check out our Guidebook on Airbnb!!

Getting Around:
Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. You can rent a gas powered golf cart to get around during your stay if you don't plan on going super far and there is access to get to amenities and the beach by golf cart during the day. Please no electric carts as there aren't charging stations.

Other Things to Note:
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Good value for money
The property is outdated and few things did not work (overhead light and fan in family room, canned lights in kitchen), but liked the location and it was clean. Master bedroom only has a switch for light and fan... could not figure out how to just use fan or light.
