PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Smart Televisions in Every Bedroom, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron/Ironing board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows, blanket, and bedspread. We also provide soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

Very nice
The property was very nice and very clean. We enjoyed the house very much. Little confusion on the exit process maybe i didnt notice it or it was late im not sure. Some small issues but nothing negative to say. Overall experience was great. Would definitely stay again

If it wasn’t for the pole driver
Fab.. and no fault of yours that construction right on the beach( pile driving) ruined a day and 1/2 for our family. Because my daughter has cerebral palsy, we couldn’t just walk farther down the beac. Other than that… one of the best times EVER!! Ps construction started at 7 am and went on till 8😂

Great home, not much help from management co
Loved the location, the home was new and very nice. Management company was very little help and did not respond to my request to speak to manager. Prior linens from previous guest were in bags at entrance for entire stay. Missing linens, no hand towels, wash cloths and dish towel. Minimal toilet paper, no trash bags, paper towels, dish soap. I guess if we knew this, we would have brought more supplies. Pool was green when we got there, pool person came next day but did not clear till the day prior to leaving. Many sinks, showers did not drain well or slow. One toilet needed a lot of attention to start flushing. Simply put, would have been nice for someone to call us back to address these concerns.

Great location and property
Love the Surfside Beach area. This house was great. Very clean and bathroom for every bedroom. Only downside is that it didn't include a grill and renting a grill was expensive.

Immaculate and spacious
This house turned out to be fantastic! Our family of 20 all had plenty of room. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was the most well-stocked with utensils that we'd experienced anywhere. Everything was tastefully decorated and extremely clean! The beach is just a few steps away. We booked it so that we could enjoy Nights of a Thousand Candles, a spectacular Christmas lights event at Brookgreen Gardens, together as a family.

Great house
The overall house was everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need just like your own home. Close walking distance to the beach. It was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this property. Would consider renting again if the we had the need to do so. It was very clean and nice that each bedroom had its own bath.

Beautiful Home
This house was perfect for my family Christmas! There were plenty of bedrooms for 12 guests. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. The only issue we had was the beds were not clean. When we arrived the bed was made but there were no sheets just a mattress protector. The mattress protectors were dirty. When we checked out we had to remove all the sheets and make the bed back up. Obviously they don't clean or sanitize the bed. Overall my family enjoyed our stay!
