PROPERTY AMENITIES
This property can also be rented with Price's Place and Little Women -- all three 6 bedroom homes are side by side with matching amenities! Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

Great week!

This large home served our group well with private baths for each bedroom. The elevator (although persnickety) served our 79 year old with a Waller very well. Had an issue with microwave going out but rental agency was responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Comfortable home with great views

The home was beautiful and comfortable for our large group. We loved the porches that overlooked the beach, and the pool was fun. When the beach was windy we could lay out by the pool and be protected by the wind. Great house!

Booking a reservation on this site was one of the worst experience I have ever encountered!!!

If I could give it a 0 star, I would!!! It does not even deserve a rating of a 1 star! One of the worst experience I have ever encountered! My reservation was suddenly cancelled 2 hours before my check-in time due to the site, Vrbo, which allowed me to book a beach house for ONE night when in actuality, the beach house had a minimum of THREE nights so the property manager cancelled my reservation at the last minute and caused great inconveniences. We had people flying in to share the celebration we had booked and to add salt to the injury, they had the nerve to charge me $104 for using their website to book this reservation!!! Thank God I was able to make reservations at the Kingston Plantation Condos which was able to accommodate the number of guests we had which was 9 people! What a devastating experience to have your reservation cancelled at the last minute due to an error of Vrbo website! So everyone, BEWARE of making reservations using Vrbo website! You can end up being very disappointed and distraught having your reservation cancelled 2 hours before your check-in time at your destination without a single notification!!!
