Very good quality and room settings. Especially Two Queen size beds. Simple breakfast is good and welcome! Electrical device like microwave, coffee machine, desk LED lamp, Air Coditioner. Safe box, etc. Good settings. Meanwhile, the handheld shower head does not work in patterns switching - stuck. And the hose mount shower head does not have other patterns too. These are simple options and low cost. If serviceable, would help to improve the level of service quality and enjoyment for the staying. Disposable sandals are also welcome to improve the service and hygiene. More lighting and level of brightness are welcome, especially for seniors. Safety and easy brightness vision are required in a bedroom or restroom. Heat lamps and exhausted fans are good requirements to improve the warm temperature and humidity. When using the restroom or bathing, options of these devices are good elements towards a class hotel. Thank you for nice service and effort! Keep up. I would recommend your hotel services to friends. The front desk person helped very short. Gave me my card keys and walked away. I've stayed at Maple Tree Inn many times. Next time I'll make sure to ask for the 2nd floor and do not need a senior access room.

I drew the short straw, apparently. If you are at this property and you are offered the x38 room, be aware that it is right by the elevator, and the elevator thumps. And rattles. And bangs. Loudly. And people are usually talking when they get out of the elevator. Also fairly loudly. The noise finally stopped around 2:30 am, and I slept a bit, but it started up again at 4ish. I gave up, got up as soon as breakfast opened, and got a short second nap before checkout. I’d been planning on a nice long sleep that I badly needed but I didn’t get it. I’ve stayed a number of times at the Maple Tree, and I do love it — the beds are excellent, the rooms are clean, and every other time has been relaxing and enjoyable. Just not this time. Lesson learned. Next time I book a room here, I will call first and be sure I don’t get the elevator room again. I downgraded service in this review because I had no warning this room was going to be so untenable. I should have at least been asked if it was acceptable and given a chance to try somewhere else.

It was great. Only problem I had was coming in late each night I had a hard time finding parking. Lots of work trucks/trailers taking 3-6 spaces. Had to park behind the storage trailer-bit sketchy for a single woman at night.
