The room was very clean what I was impressed with was the way the staff contacted to let me know my room was ready for check in and later text to be sure that I didn’t need any thing Location is very convenient and walkable to stores and restaurants. I will stay there again

We love the Tamarack regardless of the season. Close to everything you need to see in downtown Ketchum. Great to be able to safely walks town to find cool shops, dining and bars. We will book the Tamarack again for sure.

Staff is unacceptable
We had to ask someone to come in and change the batteries for the smoke alarm that was going off. And I had asked twice on the phone if we could get a hair dryer. Being told no each time. I physically went to the office to show the clerk the room was supposed to have a hair dryer. Then he got up and got me one. Cleaning staff should have known the dryer was missing and I should not have had to physically went to the office. We won’t be staying there again. The first couple of times were nice this time not happy at all

Nice older motel off the beated path--but not too far off. Very well maintained and very competent, friendly staff. Weakest point in this visit was the WiFi which had an unusual login process. Had to call for help from the front desk to get logged in.
