Breathtaking views across the water, facing south, of Frenchman Bay and the mountains of Mount Desert Island. Deep water at high tide with a fabulous 160 foot dock and float system is great for launching your family kayak expedition. There is a public boat launching ramp adjacent to the property for your watercraft. Conveniently located beside a quaint and small inn which would lend itself for any overflow guests.
