The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are nice amenities on the lobby. The rooms are quite roomy, comfortable, and quiet.

The doors were tight to close which makes it loud to close. Rooms were clean, close to shopping and waterfront. Could have bigger containers for shampoo and body wash.

This appeared to be an older hotel. It could probably use some upkeep on the outside. The mattress was a bit harder than I like. There are some shopping centers within walking distance and a few restaurants. The lobby and dining room were clean.

The complimentary breakfast was very good - homemade oatmeal, waffles, eggs and a meat, plus all the other danishes, breads, fruit, yogurts, cereals, etc. Two staff attended to the breakfast keeping everything clean and fresh. The hotel itself needs a major update - rooms were musty and smelly, and weren't the cleanest.

This is an old property that needs a major update both inside and out. Rooms were clean but hallways and major areas needed cleaning. Motels was full because it is in Door County the number one tourist destination in Wisconsin. Way past due for an overhaul. Paint on outside is peeling and wood is cracking. Need new carpet and paint inside. Time to spend some money and bring this motel up to date.
