The air conditioner was loud. Also there was a smell outside the room. There was plywood on the second floor it flet like we was going to fall.

I had a lovely staying at this facility. even though they were doing a lot of construction, I guess for upgrades everything was quiet and I felt safe the entire time I was there.

Not handicapped friendly. I got a. lot of hassle over my certified service dog. Very few handicapped parking places. Was placed on the first room away from services in a room was deemed compliant but was far from it. Caused me to cancel and now I am having a hard time getting my money back from Expedia to the tune of $612. Shame on this hotel and Expedia.

We always stay here when we’re in the Dulles area. The staff is great and we’ve never had a bad stay. They are currently doing some modifications as well
