The property location was great. It was easy to walk to the slopes and rent from Steamboat Rental
Overall good place to rent. The only complaint we have is the hot tub didn’t work without calling the property manager having him work on it then it would work then break again. which is a huge downside for us because we rent properties based on hot tub access.

Nice, but needs proper mgmt/upgrades
This unitis great, but we have stayed here a couple years in a row and starting to notice parts needing to be maintained are instead fixed with DIY methods and quick fixes (windows and screens/ deck, cabinets, bathroom fixtures), rather than repaired properly for a rental. It would behoove the owners to put their property management group under a little scrutiny. Still love the palce, but the summer amenities (bike park, trails, access points) in the immediate area are all unavailable due to the ski area changes/improvemetns and it would have made bettter sense to get farther away from all the construction going on. The price per night keeps going up, but the value of teh property and the surrounding offerings has been reduced significantly (at least during 2022). Kind of a bummer and we have really loved this place as base for our annual trip in previous years.

Loved the condo
Great set up and easy access to lots of things. Kid friendly man-made play creek with sand beach just down the street. The access to bike trails, ski area and hot tub on the patio really makes it a good place to stay for all ages, too.

Nice condo, pretty close to the slopes
Very nice condo overall. The hot tub was quite useful! About a 5 minute walk down to the gondola building. Only drawbacks were the fireplace needed repair and did not work during our stay, and the two provided air mattresses both leaked so the person was sleeping directly on the floor in the morning. The Kitchen was very well stocked and the equipment was great condition! The best-supplied kitchens I've ever seen in a rental property.

Great stay for family of 6
Overall my family had a great stay. Close enough to the slopes where we could walk there and back comfortably, including a 5 year old. We also walked back for lunch one day. Only a few negatives- Beds were a little firmer than we were used to but that’s personal preference and we ended up adapting over our stay. We noticed a little mold in the washing machine. Loved the general community feel of the kitchen and living room with a great view. Hot tub stayed around 102 when we were in it and had a great view of night skiers coming down on nights when it was available. Close drive to grocery and restaurants. Kitchen was as well furnished as any rental I’ve ever stayed at. Had 2 or 3 questions throughout the stay and the property manager answered every phone call, one after business hours. We’d stay again

Nice location, large space
The condo was great for adults and kids alike. A lot of room and plenty of space to spread out. It was well appointed with everything you would need. Hot tub was a welcome addition. The only real negative was the duvet covers were a bit stained.

Perfect location, view, and stay!
This was a perfect stay for our two families. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, storage supplies (lots of awesome Tupperware containers), the rooms were spacious. The kitchen and living room open concept made it very easy for all 8 of us to be together and hang out. You won’t be disappointed with this home!

Great condo, close to slopes
We just got back from 4 nights at this great condo. It was extremely clean when we walked in. The location is fantastic and the walk to the center village/gondola area was really easy and took about 5 minutes. Things we loved about this place was the huge, slate-tiled mud room area that had tons of hooks to hang ski clothes to dry, a ski rack, boot/glove dryer and a bench to sit and put your boots on. Plenty of room for all 5 of my family members to get undressed after a long day of skiing. There was a closet right in the mud room with a stacked washer/dryer. The kitchen was the the most well-stocked of any place we’ve ever stayed. Tupperware, spices, olive oil, ziploc bags, press n seal, tons of dishes/glasses, knives, plenty of dishsoap, every sized pan you’d ever need, crockpot, coffeemaker with filters, etc. There was a large 8-person dining table and a bar with 4 stools. The living room was stocked with tons of family games which was a nice touch. The tv was equipped with Roku and Netflix. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were also well stocked with hotel sized toiletries and hair dryers. We also loved that each room had an oscillating fan (we use for white noise) and humidifiers as the mountains are very dry. The small deck had a nice hot tub with great Mountain View’s. Only downside to the deck was that we have 3 boys who splashed a lot and there was no drain on the deck so it filled with water. It drained eventually though. And it was small with no place to sit and have a glass of wine, but the rest of the condo is so great, we were ok with this! We also loved that this condo allowed us to bring along our English bulldog. This was one thing we searched for when looking at places to stay and there aren’t a lot of places that allow dogs. We absolutely loved this place and will for sure be back. The owners have truly thought of everything you’d need to stay there and it felt like my home away from home. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay!

Great condo
Very pleasant stay at your condo. Thank you. The only things that was worriesome is the balcony that has the hot tub appeared to gather some water when we got here. It froze a bit, and though we didn’t use it, it could have been a bit hazardous. But a great stay.

Comfortable accommodations right next to the hill
Very comfortable condo within easy walking distance of the gondola area. We had a group of 6 stay for the week with no complaints from anyone. Hot tub had a nice view, kitchen was fully loaded with cutlery and dishes, and the fireplace kept the place cozy warm. I think we would definitely stay again were we to trip back to Steamboat.

nice house, a few things missing
The house was great; however, the hot tub would not go above 90 degrees and the wifi did not work. We were unable to find dishwasher soap to run the dishwasher.
