Wonderfully located within walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort, EagleRidge Townhomes 1512 is a spacious, four-bedroom home that's convenient, comfortable, and inviting in every season. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and an expansive deck where you can survey your surroundings in the fresh mountain air. Cozy up to the gas fireplace beneath vaulted ceilings, and choose from plentiful sources of at-home entertainment. There's a washer/dryer in the home, a private one-car garage, and a wealth of shared amenities - including a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle - to be found on the grounds of EagleRidge.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub for your tired muscles, and a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom features a king size bed and attached bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds. Also, the third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom. The twin beds can be converted into a king bed upon request. There's also a half-bathroom located on the main living level and a sleeper sofa in the lower-level sitting area. A small office area with desk and chair are located on the third floor.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
