This upscale, three-level townhome offers luxury and convenience to vacationing families or small groups. Ideal for après-ski entertaining, this professionally decorated townhome features an expansive open floor plan appointed with deluxe furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a heated two-car garage, and a gas log fireplace. The base area is a 15-minute walk from the townhouse, or you can take the free shuttle which runs throughout the day. That same shuttle provides on-demand transportation into and back from town (also free).
This charming townhouse has all the amenities of home, including cable, streaming services through each television, and secure, high-speed internet. There are flatscreen TVs in the living room and in every bedroom, and there is a full bath on every level. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless and non-stick cookware, with every kitchen gadget and tool to cook almost anything (roasting pans, a large slow cooker, panini maker, waffle maker, etc). There is also a gas grill on the deck. This retreat comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom, located on the upper level of the home, features a king-size bed, a small desk, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms are located on the lower level. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed upon request. There are also two twin beds and a desk located in the loft area for additional sleeping space.
Youth Sports Notice: The Cascades at Eagle Ridge is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
