The two sliding doors leading out to the deck plus the large picture windows on the north side of the home let in the perfect amount of natural light provide expansive views to watching the snow fall in winter. If you've got a friend or family member who likes to BBQ, take advantage of the gas grill or just enjoy the fresh air and peaceful mountain mornings as you sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee.
The first master suite is located on the main floor just off the entry. It has a new king bed and bedding, TV, and attached bathroom with walk in shower and in floor heating that is also accessible from the hallway. This room also has a private desk and space for those who can or need to work remotely. The remaining three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The second master bedroom has a new king bed and bedding, TV, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a sliding glass door that leads to a private patio. The fourth bedroom has two twin bunk sets and a sliding glass door that also leads to the private patio. The shared bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower is just outside in the hallway. There is also a full sized, stackable washer/dryer in a linen closet on this floor.
A community pool and hot tub are the perfect place to soak and watch the kids play. Promontory is also approximately 200 yards (across the road) from the “Stampede” Ski Trail that takes you straight to the base area and gondola check in. It's also an easy walk down the street and along Burgess Creek to the base area restaurants and shops. In summer, the creek is exposed and is a great place for kids to play and families to picnic.
