374 Parkview is a roomy multi level, 3 bedroom, 3 bath duplex but lives like a single family home. Offering not only a sizable living space and breath-taking mountain views all around the house, this dog friendly rental is ideally located just a mile from downtown Steamboat and only 2 miles from the resort/base area. It’s ideal for your family, even an extended family, or 3-4 couples, and comfortably sleeps 8 adults including the sleeper sofa, in the loft, which has an inflatable air mattress. It is much more comfortable than most of your typical pull out style mattresses.
Enter either through the front door on the main level or the attached, 2-car garage on the ground level.
The main level entry has a closet for coat, etc storage and leads you to the open living area, which features essentially a wall of windows, unbelievable mountain views that you have to see to believe and AC (rare in Steamboat). Relax and kick back on the leather furniture, warm up by the gas fireplace and take in the fantastic, natural scenery or watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV.
The updated kitchen, stocked with everything you'll need, includes beautiful matte black stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops and magnificent mountain style doors and cabinetry. You will be able to enjoy the incredible vistas while preparing a meal and then feasting on it. The large dining table, with 6 chairs is the perfect place to break bread, consume a beverage, do a puzzle or play a board game.
Off the living area is a nice size deck overlooking the rolling hills and mountains. It offers a gas grill as well as a small table and two chairs.
There is a half bath a few steps down from the main level. Up another few steps from the main and on its own level is the TV loft area. It has ample, comfy seating, a large flat screen tv, another gas fireplace, a table and AC. It’s a great escape for another group to watch something else and/or play a different game. The sofa doubles as a queen bed as it pulls out and inflates in minutes, giving your group a fourth, semi private sleeping area.
The upper level is where you will find the sizable master en suite, with views from both from the bed and the bathtub that seem to go forever. It also features a brand new king bed (October 2023), vaulted ceilings, two armchairs, a flat screen TV, AC and a private full bathroom with a double vanity and both a walk-in-shower and a large tub. There is plenty of room for pack and play (available upon request) if you have a baby.
The other two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the ground level. Both have stunning views. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other has a twin XL bunk bed plus a desk and chair. The bunk room also has a door to the back deck and direct access to the open space. Another full bathroom is in the hallway and has a walk-in-shower.
There is a full size washer and dryer on this level for your convenience.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.
Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.
Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.
** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.
