I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at your property, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Upon check-in, the front desk staff required a cash deposit of $100 ($50 per room). After completing the payment, I proceeded to my assigned rooms, 108 and 118. I was disappointed to find that Room 108 had not been properly cleaned; the floors and sheets were dirty, and there were blood stains on the bedding. Additionally, I encountered several roaches crawling on the walls and near the television while trying to get comfortable. I contacted the front desk, and an employee promptly arrived with roach spray. However, the fumes from the spray forced me to vacate the room for approximately half an hour. Unfortunately, I continued to see roaches in both of the room that evening. The following morning, housekeeping knocked on our doors at 9:30 AM to clean the rooms, despite the posted checkout time of 11:00 AM. After I expressed my concerns to the front desk, I was assured that this would not happen again. However, at 9:45 AM, 10:00 AM, and 10:30 AM, the same housekeeping staff returned to inquire about our departure. While repacking my suitcase, I was dismayed to discover more roaches inside it. Overall, this was the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever encountered, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others. J.W. Moore

It was close to my conference, but horrible accommodations. linens and furniture cushions were dirty visibly. A/C would not blow cold, the shower broke after first night and i could not shower and no one came to repair it. they said hot breakfast and had one waffle maker with full capacity so we had to eat out.

They made me change rooms 3 times. First room was completely destroyed. Second room was not clean from previous person that stayed. Third room was not what I reserved. They told me that's all they had. Bed sheets were dirty. Room smells was musty. Extremely disappointed. I would of left but there were no hotels Available somewhere else. I should be getting a full refund.

We were inadvertently locked out of our room after being cleaned. The wait in lobby to simply get new keycard was almost 25 minutes while I was nauseated and could not get into room and waited in hallway. Front desk lady Oberella was lovely and professional on check in and check out. But on Friday afternoon the front desk staff stayed occupied with other folks arriving and no attention to guest with a quick simple request. The room was clean but it was noisy with surrounding rooms both nights. We liked the location and staff but could not find a manager to discuss our concerns. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! First, the lobby furniture looked like it came from second hand store 30 yrs ago. Then, our first room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The jacuzzis tub tile was broken and poorly repaired, all the base boards were black with dirt (or mildew), and the bed sheet had a burn hole in it. We complained of the room smell and was moved two rooms down. It did smell better and looked better and we thought we got an improvement until we saw the ROACHES. NEVER AGAIN!

Overall, we were happy about the stay, especially as it was during a parents' weekend and a lot of the other hotels doubled and tripled their prices. The hotel was a bargain given this. I will say the floor needed be moped as it was dirty but all else was clean.
