Shower got hot or hotter. Mud on floors. Deceptive pricing tactics i was in a wedding the price out the block at $209/night per room. I ended up getting a room cheaper same dates for $60/night less. Which is flat out disrespectful to the wedding block considering how much business that brings only to pay more than the average stay. The funniest price deception id attach screenshot if I could. The offer was free breakfast for $14. If I have to explain why that is stupid then there is no hope for this world. Its one thing to be busy and overworked its scumbag pricing and dealmaking that makes this review

The smoking can should not smack next to the entrance of the hotel. Also, common areas should be neat and clean. Front desk should not have a spray bottle next to check in counter and the people at the front desk should be tidy and not on their phones.

Being an IHG brand the property did not reflect that. The first room had hair in the shower and so we asked to change. The second room was also very dirty - floors, toilet seat, the hallways. The guest services line did not work in the first room, the front desk agent was not friendly, the night audit was missing for a period of time (only realized as i went down for extra towels). overall very poor experience
