It was clean and convenient. Comfy beds. Negative I reserved a queen bed and when I checked in there were none available! I feel they shouldn’t have confirmed my reservation then. Also door bolt wasn’t working for safety.

The shower heads were up just too difficult to turn on… the faucets you could see the dirty hard water or mold in the pipes. Change those faucets… they don’t elevate the hotel at all

Everything was well and good in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room even comes with a yoga mat and some resistance bands. My only qualm was the faucet in the bathroom. There’s hardly any hot water coming out of it, and the water pressure is so low. Location is convenient and a few minutes ride to some good restaurants- Cafe Dolce being our favorite.

Actual pet fee much higher than disclosed
We selected EVEN based on price and reviews. When checking in, they assessed a non-refundable pet deposit that was twice as high as advertised on the IHG site, the highest we've seen. We would have left, but our online booking was non-refundable. Overall a poor value for the price.
