Acquired night.

The receptionist sent us to a room #127 that had not been cleaned, there was trash, and the beds were not made, and there was used towels allover. We notified him and he changed our room to room #314, which was a much better experience. However, the receptionist also gave us the incorrect time that the bar for ordering food and drinks would close. This led to my wife and I going out late at night into an unfamiliar area to find a place to have dinner.

I was not informed that I would have to notify the staff if I wanted daily room cleaning. We ran out of towels and toilet paper. The trash in the room started to pile up.

Rockstar staff, and clean rooms

Shout out to Brian, who not only made our Starbucks also brought it out to us in the parking lot while we were loading our suitcases. That was amazing customer service he deserves a raise. The gal who worked the night before did not remember her name but she was so fun and it just is a whole great staff overall thanks everybody.
