Each residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area, and a private balcony. #115 is located on the first floor, just one level above parking and convenient to the pool.

Community amenities include boardwalk access to the heart of St. Simons' sand beaches, a swimming pool, volleyball area, large grass lawn, outdoor grills and complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Though this community is located directly on the ocean, individual residences, unless otherwise specified, do not offer ocean views.

Nice condo for two

The condo had everything we needed including a balcony that was accessed by living room or the master bedroom. The pool was clean and there was an area with several grills. *The walk to the beach includes walking through a locked gate to return to the condo. The lock would not open a couple of times leaving us stranded. The walk itself could be very strenuous for an elderly person attempting to take beach gear. Overall we were satisfied with the price and quality of the stay despite the undisclosed and disruptive construction. There were multiple workers and pieces of equipment on the property during the day.

Rented bikes and was able to enjoy restaurants and shops without driving (groceries still require a drive though). Location was great, off quiet street. Kitchen small but well equipped.

Pleasant Condo

Pros: This property was very clean, well stocked with towels, bed linens. We enjoyed the pool, and while the walk to the beach was a bit of a stretch of the legs, we did like the beachfront access. The beach itself was clean and not overly crowded. Cons: the mattresses and pillows were not at all comfortable. I’d recommend bringing your own pillows and suggest the property owners consider upgrading the mattresses.

NICE PROPERTY BUT SMALL

THIS UNIT WAS NICE AND CLEAN BUT MUCH SMALLER THAN I HAD IMAGINED. UNIT WAS WELL APPOINTED. THE ONLY REAL NEGATIVE I WOULD HAVE IS THE WALK TO THE BEACH IS REALLY LONG. ONCE YOU GET TO THE SAND YOU HAVE TO WALK OVER TO THE NEXT CONDO COMPLEX TO GET TO THE BEACH WALKWAY. THIS SHOULD BE CORRECTED. OTHER THAN THAT, THE UNIT WAS CLEAN AND FAIRLY QUIET. POOL WAS NICE AND WE HAD A GREAT TIME

Nice condo, slightly confusing check in

The biggest hurdle to our stay was the conflicting information about the check in process. I recurved an email saying that a door code would be texted to me shortly before 4pm when I could check in, but I received no text. I realized this whole I was still traveling and was able to reach out, but getting to an actual person (the manager on duty, dice or was after 5pm) was somewhat confusing. He was very helpful once we were transferred to the correct person, and told me we would find a check in packet with information at the front office, which we did. I just think the information and check in process might need to be updated and clarified, because at 6pm on a Friday, I was worried we wouldn't be able to actually reach anyone to help us out.
