Note: During the Florida / Georgia Football game weekend, Oct 29,29,30th we do not rent to college students. You must be 25 years or older. Please do not book if you are not old enough. We will require ID to prove age. Welcome to Paradise. This very large three bedroom three full bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeps eight. The townhouse overlooks the first fairway of Sea Palms golf course. The views are spectacular out of the floor to ceiling windows or from the spacious deck. Relax or grill a big dinner on the deck and listen to the brook that runs just behind the townhome. The location of the property is ideal as it is within walking distance from the Sea Palms pro shop and restaurant and bar, Sago’s. The kitchen is large and fully stocked and has an island with bar stools. The bedrooms are spacious with high ceilings. The master is on the first floor and has a king Premier Dream Cloud mattress. You will sleep wonderfully. The two bedrooms upstairs have a king Sleep number mattress and two queen mattress. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. We stocked the townhome with hi end luxury towels and linens so you will have a great stay experience. Washer and dryer is off the kitchen. This awesome townhouse is only 4 miles from the beach and pier areas. If you are looking for larger or smaller vaca rentals please check our others out. Spring Time in SSI
This was a great place for a two-week spring visit to St Simon’s. The large deck overlooking golf course was lovely for grilling out or having morning coffee. On cooler days, the kitchen provided plenty of space for cooking, drinking and gathering. There’s everything you need…dishes, glassware, decent pots and pans, two coffee makers, and even an ice machine. The three bedrooms are very large, each with a private bath. Mattresses were comfortable and towels were plentiful. Everything was very clean. There are a few steps leading to the front door. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Master bedroom and bath are on the first floor. Every bedroom, living room and kitchen had a tv! There’s so much to see and do..and eat..on St Simons and on neighboring islands! We had a wonderful time!

A group of 4 adults stayed here for GA/FL weekend. The space was large, we could’ve easily slept 6 people. It was perfect for the weekend. The upstairs bathroom ceiling is peeling off and has a very old fan and light switches-but still functional. The property is very quiet.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tom's place. It was very comfortable and had all that we needed. Location was great for the wedding we attended. Side note: Google Maps app took us to a random golf course community 30 miles from this actual condo! We were so bummed. Used the Maps app and it took us right there. Would stay there again! The Perfect Get away!
This Condo was perfect for our weekend get away. I just wished we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed. It was right on the golf course where you Tee off. If you are looking for a quite place friendly neighbors this is your place.

The space was clean, comfortable and spacious. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was so nice! I enjoyed eating my breakfast each morning on the deck while listening to the sound of the water flowing in the creek and watching the golfers putting around. Excellent communication as well.

Spacious and clean! Great Kitchen we visited the grocery store on our way in and made all our meals in this spacious fully equipped kitchen! Washer and Dryer a hit! “Bob” the family dog, spent his time watching the golfers all day! Like us, he didn’t want to leave. We will be back!

AMAZING LITTLE GEM OF A RENTAL! Great location and a lot of space! Easy to get around the island from here! Close to bars and restaurants and a quick drive to the beach! The owners were the easiest to deal with especially checking in and out! Very clean property! Will definitely stay again!
