This single-story private home is in a quiet residential area in the heart of St. Simons. The nearest beach access is only about 1.2 miles away! Enjoy being close to St. Simons' best beaches, the Village Pier, restaurants, and the St. Simons community pool. You will even be close to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts!

Tastefully decorated and furnished. The large living room and the separate dining room are perfect for entertaining. Spend your afternoons sun tanning in the spacious and private fenced backyard, or have lunch on the large deck with plenty of seating. Linens provided. Beds consist of 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 set of twin bunk beds. Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee (dogs only, limit 2).

Great vacation home
Property was clean, spacious, amenities were even more than expected which was a bonus. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. The AC worked great and back yard was clean and private. If you are bringing a dog, which we did there is a high fence that borders the entire backyard.
