Enter this spectacular home from the ground level and take either the stairs or elevator to the second floor. The open living area features floor-to-ceiling windows with limitless views, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, wet bar, dining area, and doors opening to the spacious seaside balcony.

Off the living area is a master suite with ocean view, gas fireplace and galley-style bathroom with two vanities, soaking tub with gas fireplace and tiled shower. Two additional bedrooms, each with an en suite bath, are on the opposite end of the residence. Luxurious features include high ceilings, floor and ceiling molding, tiled living areas, oceanfront swimming pool and beach access. Beach access is at 7th and 9th street.

Good but extra steps
The place was great. BUT, it’s not really a VRBO listing. Once you request a booking, a local realty company reaches out to you and you have to fill out paperwork and sign and agreement with them. Kinda defeats the benefit and ease of booking with VRBO. Dealing with TWO companies to book a house if not exactaly ideal.

Beautiful, but a couple notes
Such a beautiful property! However, the listing said nothing about the owners living quarters are the whole basement floor AND the whole top floor. Nice lady but there are A LOT of DON’T’s. Beach access is a short walk down the street. You don’t have any direct access. Again, we loved it and the house is beautiful but if you’re going there to party, you may want to look elsewhere.

Impressive Condo & Views
The condo and the ocean views were much better than the photos showed! The owners of this property have taken great care to anticipate everything their guests may need from extra umbrellas; a hose to wash sand off your feet; to extra seating indoors and outdoors to accommodate everyone. We Loved it and have already booked next year's stay here.

Great spot near beach
Check in was slow but everyone was very nice and helpful. There were a few confusing items such as beach access and parking but it all worked out fine. Great spot right near town and the beach. Pool nice as well.
