Nice place

The only problem we had was the water doesn’t get very hot. But it was roomy and the bedding was nice and clean. We would love to stay there again. The hosts text back quickly if you have questions. Close to pool and hot tubs. Nice place to spend a weekend

Great time with family

Wonderful time with family. It was nice to have separate bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The house was clean and lots of open gathering place. The kitchen is nice and open.

Such a nice property with a ton of space! The pool and hot tub is fun for the kids and we could walk down to the pickleball courts. I would definitely stay there again!

No AC

We stayed here and the AC didn’t work the entire time. Even though it cools off at night the place was hot. We called the first night they sent someone over while we were gone and said they fixed but they didn’t. The women we talked to could have cared less and wanted us to open more widows and door. If was a bad experience don’t come here unless you like to sweat

Awesome Place

Our stay was great however instructions on use of appliances, A/C unit, and use of hot water would have made some things a little easier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommend

We were in town for a baseball tournament and we had 14 people the max for the house, I thought for sure there was going to be no room and we were going to be bunched up. I was wrong Such a big spacious house, the kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Nice quiet area and clean clean clean. We will be back and will definitely come here again.

Place was awesome

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. The kids loved the bunk room/tv room. Especially the bigger beds. Beds were comfy, bedding was pretty. It was so nice, spacious and fit our party of 9 so easily. The pool is so close and was fun for the kids. Communication with the owner was hard as they didn’t respond to some questions and took several days to respond to the others. To help others the checkout time is 11:00. The VRBO says 10:00 but the welcome email says 11:00. My only other thought was upstairs you hear the heater turning on and off CONSTANTLY and it sounds like a jet taking off. It kept us up the 1st night. The other nights we played white noise on our phones and it was fine. I’d stay here again!!

Great trip!

Roomy, we’ll appointed condo. Lots of space for lounging, plenty of beds and baths. Close to Zion, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon. Easy day trips to Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and the Grand Canyon. Nice pool and water slide on site. Well stocked- extras that I didn’t expect- coffee, spices, even laundry detergent. The only negative(not sure it is a bad thing), I couldn’t find a broom, lots of sand. Otherwise- a great trip, unbeatable scenery and activities near by.

Great Condo Stay

Loved the place. Great amenities (pool, pickleball, etc.) and loved the big "kids room" upstairs with all the bunk beds--kids loved it too. Would definitely stay again.
