This family-friendly 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo is tucked away in one of the most sought-after resorts in the Green Valley area. Paraiso Encontrado comfortably sleeps 8 guests, however, it can sleep up to 12 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses. Las Palmas offers so many amenities, you could spend your whole vacation at the resort and never get bored! With an outdoor & indoor pool and spa, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor shuffleboard, a splash pad, fitness center, outdoor checkers, and a park; your days will be full of relaxation and fun! Perfect spot!!

This place is spacious and so perfect for a home away from home! The location was ideal, and all the pools on the property was a huge bonus! The games in the kids room was just icing on the cake! We would be thrilled to stay here again!!

Spacious Spring Break Fun!

This was an excellent property. Clean, spacious, and tons of things to do around the resort. We played pickle ball, basketball, and lots of pool/hot tub time. My teenagers loved it. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Wonderful Las Palmas condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 3bed/3bath condo. Fun furnishings, spacious master bedroom and bathroom, comfortable master bed, bright living room and kitchen. As we cooked a lot, it would have been nice to have more non-Teflon cookware and sharper knives, but we brought some kitchen gear with us anticipating a rental-grade equipment. The place looked generally quite clean, but there were a couple of larger clear sticky gobs on the dining table and the area around the MB bed could have used some more thorough vacuuming. But overall - would definite stay there again.

Sunny St. George!

Everything was great! I would just suggest the waterfall pool bathroom needs cleaned more often. Also adding laundry detergent for guests to use. The light in the master shower needs replaced. But over all wonderful!

Nice spot for kids

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our kids liked the arcade & pool. We loved most everything, except that the king bed was so soft that we were rolling into each other. The kitchen had everything we needed and the tech was great. There was plenty of parking and the check-in & out was easy.

Large Condo for group

This condo is nice and rooming. We had 6 women and we never felt crowded. We had an issue with getting in, but it was resolved within 15 minutes from my calling. Great communication. The cleanliness was not good when we arrived. The refrigerator had not been wiped down and the floor was sticky in front of it. The stove smirked so badly, we had to open the doors to air out the place. When we used the dryer the was a oversized load of sheets that where not completely dry left inside. There was items from other renters under the beds and couches. Small things that we could live with, that did not ruin our stay. The rental office was aware of things issues and did offer to clean, but they were not bad enough for us to not enjoy our stay. All, in all, it was a nice relaxing stay.

Family reunion spot

We had an excellent stay. We have a large family and the accommodations were great. We always love staying at Las Palmas where we are in walking distance of other families and we can meet at the awesome pools. This unit was clean and well maintained and the real bonus was the living room kitchen area was so large we were able to have the teens over for a movie night. It was perfect!

Our family has stayed in this VRBO before and loved it, so it was an easy choice to stay there again. This condo is spacious, clean, full of all the amenities we needed, so close to the pool and has a great balcony for sunset sitting and visiting.

Fun family resort

Overall fun rental experience at las Palmas. Updated nice unit with good resort amenities for the family. Only negative is there was a strong sewage smell from the unit’s laundry room during our stay. The rental management came out to try to fix it, but were unsuccessful. We ended up keeping the laundry room door closed with a towel sealing off the opening at the bottom of the door and this improved the smell. Needless to say, this needs to get remedied.

Fabulous

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Las Palmas 1806! The condo was clean, very roomy, and the furniture, mattresses, and bedding were up to date and nice. There were plenty of supplies (garbage bags, soaps, etc), which I appreciated because I've stayed in other places where this wasn't the case. My teenage boys loved the arcade and Wii! The pools were clean and nice. Las Palmas is beautiful-we hope to return frequently!

Open and comfortable

This place met our expectations and was great for our stay. There were a few minor issues (ice dispenser on the fritz, arcade system non-functional), but property management was very attentive and responsive. We elected not to have anything repaired while we were there, since it was a short stay. I would recommend and would stay here again.
