I picked this property based on ratings and price. Higher end ratings, middle ground price range. I booked 6 weeks in advance. I was very dissatisfied in the quality of the room based on what I paid. There was animal hair on the walls, human hair on the walls in shower, dents in walls and doors, the door jam had so many gaps that someone could see into the room, the towels were dingy, the shower curtain had mold. I was disgusted. We didn’t use the shower. Bought sheets to sleep on. We were only in the room to sleep because of a busy competition schedule that weekend or I would have complained to the front desk for a refund. I knew our options were limited for other accommodations because of the amount of people in the city those days. I feel bad even leaving a review, but it was not a clean environment to stay in.

It’s a very cheap motel. We paid $177 for the night, which is outrageous for what it is. A/C and heat was off the wall unit, no central air. The heater was super loud. Beds are hard and pillows are flat and hard. We spent almost $100 just on pillows and a blanket the next day in hopes we could sleep the next night.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast didn't include anything hot. My room needed a new bedspread. The blow dryer plug was cracked and the outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The walls in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. They were good about providing more hair and body soap and lotion as well as clean clothes. They did bring me a blow dryer to use but I really thought the old dryer should have been thrown. He just left it in the closet. Makes you think it will remain even though it worked I wouldn't consider it safe. I was charged $100.00 for the stay and it did not remain pending. I had already paid for the full stay on line.

The food was disgusting (the juice had actual chunks in it-- and the other food seemed stale). The room seemed very worn. I would have never booked this hotel if I had known.
