Breakfast was very disappointing all week and I booked this hotel because of the positive breakfast reviews. Greasy sausage every morning, no bacon and frozen hard boiled eggs. One brand of yogurt and no non-dairy milk option. Am not recommending this hotel.

Clean, safe, quiet. Great staff. Clean Indoor pool and hot tub! Close to a nice wal mart. Some reg-dine in spots. Specialty type dine in spots bout 10 miles away in St George. If u have 2 wheel pick up or cross over SUV drive cotton wood Rd. From St. George to Leeds. Nice 1.5 trip! Any other roads have deep sand and non-locals will get stuck. RR from Texas. Go Hernz!
