Sibling get away
Property was great central location to all attractions. Townhouse is well appointed and very comfortable. 2 outside areas for seating depending on time of day. Restaurant is very good. Probably best place we have ever stayed as far ac accomodations. Excellent communication with rental agency. A couple minor repairs needed back door wall hard to open. Extremely clean!!!!

Perfect getaway
This is the second time I’ve stayed at a property at the Ledges, and can say it definitely won’t be my last. Accommodations are modern, clean, and in great repair. The activity options available ensure that you’ll stay busy - if that’s what you want, or stay quiet and relax in the home. Looking forward to my next stay.

We wanted to get away and have a nice place to hang out. The Cloud Nine was a wonderful place with comfortable design and layout. We all said we would definitely like to use the property again. It really did have most everything you would need. Now to be honest and give you the reality of the place. I came after my family and pulled up with the address light burned out (it’s very dark there) There was a huge box of furniture on the porch our entire stay. Two ladies came to restock the place while we were still there but didn’t, once I opened the door. They saw the box and would take care of it. When I checked out I drug it inside so it wouldn’t have anything happen to it. My niece thought the downstairs room was beautiful and ran her hand along the sheets and decided since I was last to arrive I got that bed. Those sheets about wore the skin off my elbows at night (haha) But seriously for as beautiful as everything is those could be a little better quality. I understand that water pressure is an issue but we were all grateful for plungers in the toilet areas. The downstairs shower floor needs to be bleached. It had that yellow scuz around where your feet don’t touch. Appreciate the squeegee though. (It’s hanger had pink mold behind it) They said the upper shower curtain has mold growing along the bottom. The slider was difficult to open due to the debris in the track and while struggling to open it my sister noticed there is a good size crack along the trim at the bottom (not sure what is causing that but should be looked at.) The free hanging desk is not level and stuff would roll off of it. If anyone were to sleep in the bunk bed it would be better to have the head/pillow on the other end. The air return was sucking as I toured the place and it was so loud and would be inches above the person’s head. We joked it would suck your hair up. The lights weren’t on near the pool and we got to the spa and the little knob you crank ran the jets but no lights ever turned on (??) we kept hearing a ring and while looking at the pond one morning realized it was the clubhouse calling for Tee times. It can be heard inside the property. Let me tell you everything else was absolutely wonderful about the property we appreciate all the thoughtful touches and if the minor things were addressed it honestly would be the like living on cloud nine. I can’t wait to bring my husband and family back. Thank you for a great weekend!!

5 of us were on Cloud Nine. Easy access to hikes and golfing. Pool and hottub are 100 feet away, open until 10 PM too. Nicely decorated condo, comfy beds. Top floor fireplace deck was cherry on the cake. Thx

Dream home away from home
We were thrilled from the moment we walked through the door until the day we left. Beautifully decorated - light, airy, cheerful and modern. The layout was wonderful. And what a view from the upper bedrooms! The deck overlooks the pool, which is right across the street. This unit is definitely one of the best situated units at the Ledges. We wanted for nothing!
