I was unable to stay at the hotel and notified both the hotel and Hotels.com after the first night but was still charged well over $2,000 for the whole stay. I plan to avoid staying at any Hilton property ever in the future.

We greatly enjoyed our room and the accomodations. At check in the staff was very welcoming and did a great job. We were encouraged to checkout Legends because they have great food and live music. So, that's what we did. We arrived at Legends around 8:30pm and we were immediately seated. Upon being sat out server Joseph was there to take our order. Finally, at 9:10 all of our drinks and the appetizer were delivered (40 minutes after being ordered). We then asked if we could place our food order and Joseph told us that the kitchen just closed at 9. 😱 We had literally been waiting to order for 40 minutes and we're now just finding this out. I said, "we've been waiting for you to come and get our order for over a half hour and now you're telling us that we can't order?" Joseph with zero remorse or apologies said he'd grab his manager and just walked away. Mind you, we never asked to speak to a manager. The manager came over and was very kind. She offered to take the appetizer off our order. We gave Joseph our card and he returned with the slip to sign. Sure enough, he hadn't taken off the app and once again no remorse. Someone in our party saw him pointing at us and talking about us. It felt like he was shaming us for his poor service. We were celebrating my 40th birthday and it was such a a bummer to be treated so poorly. We were really hoping for the restaurant to be great because of the recommendation when we arrived at the hotel.

It was great overall. I took 2 stars off because of the fact that the water pressure in the shower was horrific. The volume of the water coming out of the shower head was the same as the faucet. I was appalled.
