The room was disappointing. After a long travel day I was looking forward to a hot bath! The tub had been painted and the bath was getting paint chips in it! Also paint was bubbling up. Floor felt extremely dirty.

Room and staff were great. The only thing is and the hotel has nothing it can do about is the massive road construction in front of the hotel, it made it difficult to get to the hotel

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant. However, guests and children were playing loudly at the pool until 11:00 at night making sleeping a real challenge.

Hampton at i95 near st. Augustine

Older hotel but stay was good! Brooke at the front desk was personable and helped make our stay pleasant. Construction around hotel is a bit of a mess right now so your GPS may direct you in the wrong direction (as of 6/1/24)

Unhappily concern

At checkout the dest clerk & manager held me in financially hostages for my Hotels.com booking payment to them at the hotel. Telling me to call hotels.com about the payment to them for my 3 night stay. The clerk finally brought me the receipt after some time waiting for my $3.00 purchase i told her they'll get a negative review from me. She said she shouldn't helped me out. All i wanted was a receipt for my $3.00 purchase in the hotel. The window shade was broken when i arrived i contacted a guy cleaning the rooms to show him I'm using hangers to keep it up - OK. No problem about it to me i just thought i would mention it because I'm making this serious complaint of feeling held financially hostage by a rude desk clerk.
