Staff and guests were all super friendly. A true resort fell directly on the beach. We didn’t have to leave for anything other than to sightsee!

The capet in room 421 need shampoo or replaced. Otherwise the beds were comfortable amd the bathroom was nice 😀 all staff were a pleasure to work with!

Property is old needs improvement hallways rooms air conditioning is noisy bathroom is old but clean towels are like sandpaper very rough. Overall the best thing about property is great location.

It was okay for a night. We wanted something right on the beach, so 5 stars there, but roach, water warped bathroom door, streaks in tube and toilet, paper walls with pets and the smell of drugs not a stay again for my family of 4 even in the bunk red room.

Great beach location and close to old st augustine. Only thoughts i had...if someone handicap...how do they get to beach with steps being a challenge. Be nice to include cost of chairs and umbrellas for beach with stay. Music at pool before 11 would be nice. Restsurant food was amazing.

Very accommodating to our late arrival upon notifying them. The check in guy was very nice and and quick even for his one man show act. Breakfast was decent my boyfriend said a different kind of biscuit could be used for the biscuits and gravy. All together nice.

“Resort” - Not an appropriate title for property
The word “resort” should not be used for this property. The check in was complicated due to the App & hotel communications. The room was inferior in that the walls were paper thin and the bed was hard. Parking for vehicles was limited. Overall I would comment “Been there, done that - Never Again” I felt bad for Guy Harvey.
