The master bedroom has a king size bed and private access to bathroom with walk-in shower and seat. Its two big dressers offer extra storage. The guest bedroom offers room for three with one double bed and one twin bed. Along with both bedrooms, both bathrooms are also newly renovated and have two grab bars in each.

With morning coffee made in the new wet bar, you can relax while watching the sunrise from the balcony or sitting back in the comfortable living room recliner. For your watching pleasure we offer three TVs. In the living room you will find a 43" SMART TV on cable with streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Sling and a DVD player/big collection of movies. Both bedrooms have 32"cable TVs. Secured High Speed Wi-Fi and local phone service are included. The dining room with its six chairs offers ample space for large meals, meaningful chats and board games. Three ceiling fans throughout the unit add to your comfort.

Cooking can also be enjoyed in the fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances including blender, waffle maker, slow-cooker, electric water pot and coffeemaker. You can also enjoy the new wet bar as an additional prep area and for extra storage with its new cabinets.

The elevator is just steps away leading to the parking lot, adding to your convenience. Our beautiful beach with its famous dunes/sea oats is very accessible. Cycling and walks to the pier situated down the beach would provide memorable experiences. We have two pools (one heated) and five hot tubs to complete your swimming pleasure. Courts are also available for tennis, pickle ball, Shuffleboard and bocce. A pavilion with grills for fun gatherings is located by the courts. Ocean Hammock Park for nature walks is next door along with Publix, Starbucks and Walgreens further down the street.

For those who appreciates art and history, Old Town St Augustine just minutes away will please you with its museums and art galleries. Additionally, great golfing and biking paths can be enjoyed here. A variety of fabulous restaurants minutes away on the Island and in the Old Town are guaranteed to satisfy your palate.
