The kitchen has all new appliances and fully equipped with new cookware, dishes, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, granite countertops and marble backsplash. The master bedroom has brand-new king-size mattress and new bedding. It features an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and new shower heads. There is a wall mounted 32-inch flat screen HD tv with cable. The second bedroom features XL twin and a twin trundle bed with new mattresses and bedding.

The dining area has a table to accommodate 6 people The living room has a 42" flat screen HD TV and DVD player. It also has new reclining chairs. The living room area has a closet/pantry with shelving for food storage and other essentials to free up kitchen counter space.
Tiled floors throughout and carpet in bedrooms. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys also included for your use. Free Wi-Fi. All the comforts of home for a great vacation!

Very convenient and very relaxed.

The property was perfect for family of four . It was well equipped and well stocked. The property was convenient to all local attractions and easy access to the beach. We will be back soon.

Accurately represented!

The unit had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week in St. Augustine! (The list of things it doesn't include are accurate and based on it, we were able to plan ahead to make sure we had everything we needed.) The property is well-maintained and this particular unit is nicely furnished. One of the twin beds wasn't too comfortable for my teenager, but when he switched to the other bed, he was fine.

Amazing Property

Every single thing about our stay was awesome. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The grounds we're immaculate, the staff was friendly, and the beach was simply gorgeous. I have nothing but compliments for the whole experience. We will definitely be back.
