Decent stay, but had some hitches

It was a decent stay, but we had two issues. When taking out the couch bed, we found someone's vape. We also had a 630a wakeup call due to the fire alarms going off. It turns out that an employee burned a bag of popcorn.

This was a last minute trip to Springfield for the weekend and it did not disappoint. The only thing I would mention is that there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. The rooms were clean, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff was nice. I would recommend staying here and will stay again!

The room was doable just feel that the breakfast should have been included for the price you charge for your rooms. Need to check and clean behind nightstand. It was dirty and had trash behind it.

Called for a late check in was stuck in storms get there keys didn’t work system was down. Toilet ran all night. Was not aware of $12 breakfast Had to wait again for someone to let us in! Girl at the desk was sweet was her first day Was not a good impression for us at all

Think twice…the bedbugs were not nice!

I’ve stayed at many of these hotels and never had a problem. Unfortunately, this hotel room had bedbugs. The front desk person did not seem to be very concerned. Im definitely disappointed in this stay.
