You get what you pay for.

Problems checking in. Staff could not find our reservation then put us in a double room when we had paid for a king room. Asked to be moved, which they did. A/C did not work well. Bed and linens were uncomfortable. Upon checkout, we discovered the check in staff had entered us as a walk in. We were given a folio showing a room charge that occurred on checkout day. The manager assured us that was not charged to my card. It was the payment transfer from Hotels.com to the hotel. She said if we were double charged we must contact Hotels.com. On the positive side, the rate was low, the room was clean and the manager was pleasant. Not likely to stay here again.

I’d give this 5 start except for the room having a slight musty smell. Smelled like someone smoked in there and although it appeared the hotel made an effort, the smell lingered. Obviously not their fault - sometimes guests are just idiots.

Aside from the lavatory sink being very slow to drain ,the stay was quite pleasant. Sans the sink issue , I would rate the place as excellent. The view from my room window was very beautiful and tranquil.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. No bedbugs or hidden cameras. Very close to McDonalds and other eateries. Right by the jnterstate as well.

Our ac in our room was awful the room stayed supper warm, the pool was dirty, our shower was gross , there was blood or something on the bathroom floor and door. The room i booked was suppose to have a couch and didnt . . . Hotel wasnt the worse but i wont stay again and i wont recommend it to anyone

I stayed there based on the reviews. I think that the reviews were fake accounts. The hotel wasn't amazing. The outside of the hotel needed maintenance. The room that I stayed in had a 6 by 6 area where the paint was just peeling off the wall. The curtain rod in the bathroom was bent down and the bedside light was worn out and you had to push the plug around to get the lights to work. The window looked out over the pool area, and the window had a scale water build up on the window. I only stayed there one night. I wouldn't say this was a terrible place to stay, it was good enough. I went by how many excellent reviews were posted and I just think things don't match up. It is a 3.5 to 4 star average hotel at best.

Overall it was a decent stay for the money. The rooms were clean and what we needed for a nights stay, but the property itself is a little rundown and outdated.

We always try to stay at this motel on trips to Springfield. Convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Employees have always been courteous and helpful.

Both our tv and phone didn't work. I told the front desk and she could care less. Furniture is stained and old. Halls have ripped wallpaper falling off. It did seem clean though, but I won't be back.
