This property is charming, quiet, safe and family friendly. I am a returning guest and stayed in a king executive suit both times as a VIP member. The service could be a bit better there are times in the middle of the day where you can’t seem to get in touch with the front desk. The VIP benefits could be better especially for returning guests.

This hotel is such a friendly mid-range place. It is not fancy and it is a little worn out in places, but the front desk staff is truly excellent, the beds were good enough and the rooms themselves were clean. It was definitely fair value for the price, especially with breakfast included. Common areas could use a little extra attention from cleaners, but to be fair it is winter and people are tracking in a lot of salt and debris. Would recommend this hotel for families and people who need a clean, quiet and reasonably-priced room within close proximity to Northampton and other locations. Guests seemed very cheerful and relaxed here (perhaps because they weren’t being gouged) and this contributed to a nice, friendly vibe in the breakfast room and lounge.

3. We enjoyed this vintage cozy hotel. Front desk rep at night was outstanding. Room was lovely,but ..toilet seat was up and some excrement was on inside the bowl. Vacuuming was lacking all over,halls room etc. breakfast area not kept up during service. But overall, we had a good one night stay with a great bed!

My favorite place to stay!
The hotel and restaurant were decorated beautifully. It looked like places in a Hallmark movie. Our room was clean and breakfast was delicious each day. I did not get the name of the concierge but he was very helpful and a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area. He was from New Jersey and went above and beyond with every interaction with the guests.

We enjoy the D when visiting the area. I like using the pool and hot tub after a long drive. Our room was outside of the breakfast area with too much noise starting from 7:00. I love the medium firm mattress and boutique hotel feel. Monthly air vent & heat filter maintenance in pool area and rooms needed. Dirty rugs on stairs and in breakfast area desperately needed vacuuming. Will stay again.
