Wonderful! If you can book a room at this hotel, do it. The proprietor and staff think about the big things and the little things so that your stay is comfortable. So enjoy the stay at this hotel.

The property was beautiful, the room was very spacious and CLEAN! Starbucks coffee. The gentleman in the front was so professional and welcoming as were all the other staff. The woman setting up the breakfast, which was also fenomenal, was so sweet and helpful. Another gentleman as we were leaving let us know to leave out the opposite way due to an incident on the highway which made my ride to work in the morning much easier. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

I absolutely love D Hotel, it’s always clean and perfect. Noah checked me in and was honestly the nicest hotel employee I have ever encountered, his kindness and enthusiasm was so appreciated and genuine. The beds are comfortable, the amenities are perfect, thank you D Hotel!!!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the D Hotel, we stayed two nights and enjoyed many aspects of the facility. It is right off 91, on 5 between the center of Holyoke and Northampton, so you’re only a short 8-minute drive to hip downtown Northampton and all the stores and restaurants it has to offer. We booked a one-bedroom suite which was nice because it has a separate living room space with a sofa bed seating area by the door. Along with the double queen beds in the bedroom, this room easily sleeps 6. Very spacious. There is complimentary hot, yes, hot breakfast that’s served every morning from 6:30-9:30. The breakfast is plentiful, it includes scrambled eggs, pancakes/french toast, sausage, tater tots/home fries, hot and cold cereal, bagels, bread for toasting, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, and mini muffins. Our family enjoyed it each morning. There’s a pool which our kids wanted to try out but we didn’t have time, along with a small fitness room and spa. There’s a restaurant on the property too, next door, called Delaney House, we found out there’s a bar inside and saw a pretty outdoor dining space. We didn’t try it, it was busy and had many diners there even on a weeknight. The beds were comfortable and pillows plush and soft. Even though the highway (91) is next to the property, you could hardly hear the traffic and we slept quite well. I would highly recommend this hotel, staff is very friendly, the gentleman at the front desk treated us like we were royalty.

Although the property was near a small Highway, it was very quiet and the grounds were lovely. We loved the hot tub and the pool which was beautiful and very well taken care of. I can't think of anything that did not work well for us. Breakfast was great the grandchildren especially loved all the choices. And the staff was very friendly and courteous. Hopefully we'll come back another time

Nice hotel that seems a little damp

Pleasant hotel in average to good condition. Cleanliness was fine but could use a little updating, even if keeping a New England style. Room was spacious enough and the water pressure was excellent with good temperature. We did not try the included breakfast or the attached restaurant which the locals say is very popular. The staff was very friendly. The main issue with our stay had to do with room temperature and humidity. Upon exiting the elevator, the first thing we noticed was what I thought was a portable AC unit in the common hall area. There was also one in our room, which was extremely cold and damp, with a great deal of condensation on the window. We came to discover that these little units are de-humidifiers and it is pretty essential that you run them during your stay if you don't want to feel like you're staying in a Scottish castle or something. It's THAT damp. However, the front desk said nothing about them, nor the fact that you have to empty the reservoir of collected water about every 12 hours. Housekeeping apparently does not do this, or at least they did not in our case. It's not hard to do, but a head's up about this would have been really appreciated!
