Beautiful lobby, terrible rooms.
The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very dated. The room wasn’t very clean. Breakfast's is not included which is our fault for not realizing but not ideal. It was hard to get extra towels and toilet paper brought to the room. We were very disappointed and would not stay there again.

The staff was Amazing and Very friendly, the lounge areas are super comfortable and relaxing, almost fell asleep just hanging out in the lobby lol. The rooms are a little out dated but it was still nice enough.

I love that the parking lot is well lit. There was plenty of room for parking. The staff was so friendly. They engaged in conversation about my travels. Would definitely recommend this to any of ny fanily traveling through Springfield!!

My son lives close by and when I visit him this is the hotel of my choice. I have stayed here 3x's and the staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Will chose this hotel again for our next visit.

Great hotel! Needs coffee service in the Lobby.
Great hotel by the airport. The staff was very nice. There was no good coffee when I left for the airport at 6:00 am and that was disappointing. The coffee in the room was not strong enough, more like tea. Please bring bck your coffee service in the Lobby.

Disappointed…courtyards are usually cleaner.
Room smelled of smoke. Bathroom floor dirty. Mildew/mold on bathroom ceiling. Huge nicks and chips out of cabinet that houses the refrigerator. Stains on the couch.
