Great location, but breakfast hour is late, so we had to skip it in order to get a parking spot at Zion visitor center.

Disappointed in the lodge because…Public Ice machine broken - dirty pool and unusable hot tub - moldy shower stall- no bathroom mirror. Two of the bedroom TV’s wouldn’t turn on. Other than that, the area has nice restaurants and shops. The public transportation buses were helpful.

Pool and hot tub were dirty. Ice machine not working. Tile in bathroom falling off. Breakfast is a to go bag at 7:30am, not earlier.

Convenient and affordable

Older motel, rooms look nice but bedding needs upgrading (pillows lumpy). I would still be happy to stay again. Good restaurant just up the road and a short walk to shuttle bus to Park

Pioneer Lodge is a very convenient place to visit Zion NP especially leaving the vehicle behind and using the town shuttle to the park entrance. A really good solution.

The room was fine for the price we paid for the room. Their grab N go breakfast bags were perfect for our needs. The front desk was nice to give us our breakfast bags the night before we checked out since we were leaving early in the morning- before breakfast was available to pick up.

Ice machine broke—hot tub broke- no sink stopper- fridge temp control knob missing and stuck on high freezing everything and front desk not open till 730 and same bagged breakfast all 3 days.Will not stay here again.

Nice property, spacious. Some things were not working - hot tub, ice machine, but did not hinder our stay. Appreciate the breakfast bag offered. Very convenient to Zion Park shuttle. Would stay again.
