Beautiful Waterfront Condo with pool access. Spring Lake - Grand Haven area

You will love this beautifully-decorated and well-appointed condo on Spring Lake and a short car ride or bike ride to the famous Lake Michigan beaches of Grand Haven State Park. It's in a perfect location for both fun and relaxation. The unit is located on the second floor of the Lake Pointe Condos with an incredible view looking over the main body of Spring Lake and the boats in the marina seen from the deck, living room, and dining room. The Spring Lake/Grand Haven bike path runs right next to the building and with the four bikes available to you, this would make a very fun activity for you and your guests. There is a very accessible elevator off the condo's main entrance to make loading and unloading easy. Lake Pointe association includes Barrett's Marina seasonal pool, picnic, and pavilion amenities. Condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, two large closets with built-ins, and a private full bathroom with both a tub and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television and closet. There is also a second full bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer just outside the second bedroom. The main living area is an open floor plan and includes the kitchen with a large island with granite counter tops all around with bar stools and a separate eating area, a living room with a new hideabed couch, and large screen TV with AppleTV remote. There are 2 beds which sleep 4 total plus a hideabed couch. Upon arrival you will receive a key fob allowing access to the indoor parking spot in the attach parking garage as well as access to the very secure building. You will also have a welcome folder with a list of great local restaurants, attractions, and shopping areas.

Great condo with a view

Spring Lake Condo

The location was perfect...quiet yet close to everything you need. The condo is 2nd floor and overlooks the harbor. Watching the boats come and go in the early morning is always something we enjoy, as are the beautiful sunsets out on the lake. Take advantage of the new bbq place just down the street, Dr. Rolf's, easily walkable. You won't be disappointed!

Great Stay in Spring Lake

We had a great stay at Brad and Joy’s condo on Spring Lake. Condo was just shown in photos. The owners were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly. The location is wonderful. Enjoyed the view and activity on the marina and we used the convenient trail daily. Was walking distance to numerous restaurants and coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect in every way

My husband and I had a great time here. The condo was so comfortable and was the best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed at. Everything was just lovely and we couldn't have asked for anything else. We loved having the indoor parking too. We can't wait to go back next year.

Great city to visit and and the condo was amazing!

We absolutely loved the condo and the location it was at. The view of the marina and Spring Lake! The condo was very clean and had everything you would need. Grand Haven was awesome and had some great restaurants. The Musical Fountains is a must see. Brad and Joy were great to work with and helped make our stay easy and pleasurable! Will definitely be going back!

Very nice place and good location

We enjoyed staying at this property. It had a nice view of the marina and was next to a walking/biking path. It was a short drive to the beach and downtown Grand Haven. The layout was open. The hosts provided games, puzzles, and recommendations on where to eat and what to do. It was nice to have an indoor parking spot. The hosts were responsive when we had a fairly minor issue. They had excellent TV options with multiple streaming services. We feel like it matched their listing exactly.

Perfect getaway space

Best stocked condo I have stayed in post pandemic. Quality products to use to keep the property clean. The bikes were the best -we tried every ice cream shop we could pedal to. Thank you for sharing your space!

Clean & Well Stocked

Great place, clean and completely stocked including a tea & coffee bar. The 4 bikes that came with the condo were an added bonus. We enjoyed the marina pool and sunsets from the balcony overlooking the marina.

Beautiful condo and Marina

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo for 10 days. We were in the area for my son's bowling and needed a spacious condo and was fortunate to find this gem. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had.

A Beautiful Weekend

We are from Illinois and attended the opening MSU home game this weekend. We stayed at this Spring Lake location for two nights. The condo was beautiful and perfectly located allowing us a shorter drive to the game. We also hiked and took advantage of fine dining in Spring Lake!
