WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
As you enter our vacation home, you'll immediately notice the gorgeous view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see our pool area, hot tub, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Our lovely living area has six seats and a large flat-screen TV for the perfect family movie night. The dining area seats six and has plenty of room to serve a delicious homemade meal. Do you want a cozy place to sit and enjoy a hot coffee? Our breakfast bar seats four. Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making a meal with the groceries from the nearby Blue Marlin grocery store.
Our primary bedroom, with a king-sized bed, has a large floor-to-ceiling window with a view and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. There is also a classic barn-style door leading to the primary bath. Our master bath features a double sink and a walk-in shower. Our guest bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and a stacked washer/dryer to clean up after those sandy days on the beach. There is a queen and full-sized bed for your comfort. Our guest bath has a single sink and a walk-in shower.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to 31st require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
