RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Gorgeous view from bedroom and living room, very neat, spacious kitchen, plenty of space to prep food, liked the large amount of pantry space with the folding doors. Everything was in good condition. Would stay here again.

We loved located the location, and the view from the balcony. The pictures are exactly what you get. It was clean, and the check-in process was smooth outside of the fact that the you have to drive down the island to check in. They gave clear instructions on where to go and how to get to the listing. We enjoyed the listing over all.

Great solo vacation!
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The views are absolutely amazing! I spent most of my time on the beach or on the balcony taking in the view. The condo itself could use a few updates such as a coat of paint. The problems I had were minor (toilets weren't easy to flush, bath tub took a long time to fill, etc.) but overall, it was a great condo!

This property is beautiful, amenities are amazing, but the condo itself, is very outdated and it seems like it has been cheaply thrown together. Every time we moved in the bed it would creak. The carpet in the bedroom was disgusting. And the couches looked like they needed to be washed. They had very little things to cook with, they need a cutting board. I kept finding black hairs in the condo, which my spouse and I are both blonde. Something’s we did enjoy was the location, the amenities, and the patio view. But I would not stay in this condo again, it does not have that cozy homelike feeling.

Ice location, Its clean, easy to get to pool or ocean. Older condo, like most of the Condos in Saida needs some updates. We have stayed in several units at this Resort. We would stay here again. Management was quick to rely with our 1 eequest.

Linins were clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, pans, plate, cups and glasses. Second time we've stayed at Saida 1 We consider our summer condo....

Beautiful view of the ocean. Spacious area for a one bedroom condo. Need a new mattress on the bed or at least a memory foam topper. Bed very uncomfortable.

Great view!
Great view and generally clean unit. Seemed to worn and outdated a bit. Included just the bare minimum in the kitchen, etc. I assume the owners never use this unit.

I am impressed on the cleanliness of the condo. Disappointed on the service maintenance. The vertical blinds kept slipping off the rail slots so we were not able to enjoy the ocean view from inside the condo. In order to open/close them we had to keep replacing the blinds. We had to be outside on the balcony to enjoy the beachfront view. I called the management office the day before we were leaving. No one came to fix the problem. The plumbing fixtures need updating. Each time we used the kitchen faucet it would shake and the water pressure was inconsistent. This occurred also with the bathtub faucets. The bubbling film around the faucets felt and looked unsanitary even though it was clean. The dining table legs were very wobbly that we were afraid to place our dishes, glasses, cups, or bowls on the table. The bed was smaller than a queen size. The lamp in the bedroom did not work. I would definitely not stay at this condo again. I would appreciate a discount off our charge. Thank you allowing me to share our stay. Ester
