Wonderful, quiet family oriented 8 plex less than 1 easy block walk to beach

Watch the kids safely swim from your patio that overlooks the shallow pool.

Kitchen has all utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker (coffee,

filter/creamer/sugar substitute all included) all linens, towels, and basic

soaps Super convenient location is walkable to half a dozen restaurants, a

convenience store, even the Dollar Store. Condo is super fresh inside, needs

nothing, all maintenance and stock of all you need inside ready to go! While

many condos on the island have out dated furniture, this condo is 100% ready

to go with a very beachy feel to it. Light caribbean color vibe too. Must read

house rules prior to booking, important. It is our hope you will create some

memories that will last a lifetime at Los Cabos #7. Thank you for considering

**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**

Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable

damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
