Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of rare and endangered animals and are a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean life. Birders and ecotourists from all over the world have South Padre Island on their bucket list. There truly is something for everyone on South Padre Island.
POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
- All reservations require a one-time per-person Resort Fee. The amount of the Resort Fee varies depending on the time of year.
- The Resort Fee is required for all guests over the age of 5.
- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group over the age of 5.
- The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- The Resort Fee of $31 per person from March 1st to September 1st
- The Resort Fee for all times of the year is $12 per person.
