Nice beachfront condo with views of the Gulf. Second floor with 1 bedroom/1 bath and sleeps 6. Convenient beach access, heated pool in the winter only and hot tub. Only one pet under 50 lbs allowed with $100 fee . STR PERMIT #2023-0194.


LA INTERNACIONAL 205 - This 1 bedroom/1 bath is located on the 2nd floor (elevator). Comes fully furnished; just bring your bathing suit! The bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. La International has a heated pool in the winter only & an exceptional hot tub on the street side and is a popular gathering spot .This unit is pet friendly (one pet allowed under 50 lbs), we just require a $100 non refundable pet fee collected upon arrival. There is a laundry room (coin operated) on premises for your convenience. Great prices, great unit!! MARCH 1ST TO APRIL 15TH $40 WRISTBAND FEE PER PERSON FROM 10 TO 33. The condo was for nice everything we needed and expected. Tropical Storm Albert showed up while we were there and we did find that the balcony doors leaked. That was the only down fall of the condo. The restaurant next door however was never open for dinner it was very weird hours!! Would definitely stay here again

Avoid this place
There are many issues with this place. On the day of the arrival, Property managers were asking for extra money inorder to check in. We had no option but to pay that extra so that we can check in. This unit is infested with cockroaches. They were flying all over the unit. Place was not cleaned before we check in. Shaving razors used by previous tenants were left in the bedroom. You will have to deal with multiple people to file any complaints

Really small condo but the location is great. Right on the water, and directly next to Wanna Wanna beach bar. Was worried about the noise but we couldn’t hear even the largest crowd. They could do better by supplying the condo with at least a little more supplies. We only had one TP roll, no trash bags, and very limited towels. No house keeping service so come prepared. Pool was okay. Clean, but small. Blankets and sheets looked washed but very stained. Used our own set.

Nice location close to the water
Very nice for a beach visit. Great location, easy walk to the water....restaurants are all close by. Small but quite nice condo. Pillows could be better.. .will bring our own in the future
