I loved the pool and hot tub area out side. Very well designed with banna trees along the walkway to the beach. The only disappointment i had was our balcony faced another wall of the hotel. Breakfast was a high quality with plenty of choices. I would highly recomend this hotel.

Not so pleasant getaway
The hotel itself and location were great. 2 issues though. First, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Second, I am certain my neighbors left multiple unattended children in the room next to mine. For about 13 hours strait it was a constant sound of running, beating on walls, and screaming. We called and complained and were told it would be investigated. I eventually went to the front desk, played a recording I made of it, and was told it sounds like kids having fun and there was nothing they could do about it even though you could hear it all the way down the hallway. I gave up and checked out a day early.

Went there for a late check-in , the personnel are very accommodating , place is clean too. My only dissatisfaction is with the pool, there were small dead frogs floating on the sitz bath and the water is thick in chlorine.
