Very spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom townhome that is 1/2 of a duplex 1 level

1/2 block to the beach very walkable

- High 14 foot ceilings

- Extremely large kitchen great for family & kids

- Very small backyard that we do allow BBQ as long as you clean up/bring your own

- Washer/dryer in garage

- up to 8 people allowed. King in master bedroom, 2 singles in 2nd bedroom, pull out couch as double in living room. Queen sized airbed provided in closet with sheets & pillow.

- WIFI/cable & flat TV


-Our Blue Siren House is located with Public beach access is not even half a block away.


-Outdoor shower by garage for easy sand toy clean up


-Fully equipped Kitchen all you need for meal prep


-Lots of space to spread out. Part of a side by side 1 level duplex. Owner rarely uses other side and it is not a rental.


-1 level ground floor no stairs


-Room for 2 cars


-Super high ceilings


-Super clean inside


-BBQ allowed (in small back yard or small side yard (we do not provide and you must clean up)


We do rely upon Spectrum Cable/Internet for the high speed wifi.

Place was great for what we wanted
Place was great for what we wanted. I will say the master bed was pretty hard and the biggest issue of the stay was the batteries on our door keypad went out on our last full day(and my wife and my anniversary) and we’re locked out for about an 1.5 hours after breakfast before we were about to change and head to the beach. Otherwise it worked for us.

I was not happy when I was told that on top of everything else that I paid a separate management com
The room was nice and the neighborhood was good. The only problem was the extra fee that was demanded on the day of the check in that no one had told me about.

Look elsewhere
Dishwasher & wash machine not working on arrival. Cockroach haven. Garage unusable…full of stuff. Bedroom curtains lack privacy. Outdoor fence falling down, light bulbs out. Unable to watch TV because of intermittent poor sound. Poor drainage with master bathtub. Overall this property is not fit to be rented. Our dreams of a vacation on Padre Island were shattered.
