Make yourself right at home in this beautiful 4th floor oceanfront condo at Florence II. The large windows provide sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our updated kitchen allows a you to prepare meals while gazing out at the waves.
Two king bedrooms with en-suite baths makes it a great retreat for 2 couples or family. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed to accommodate a larger group. A pack and play is provided for guests use.
Located away from the hotel crowds but walking distance to Wanna Wanna & Clayton’s.
Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle!
We are on the north side of the island, which is away from all the hustle & bustle but still walking distance to many places.
The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm.

Spring Break is restricted to renters 25 years of age or families.

This codo was perfect for our stay. Just steps from the beach, it was also within walking distance of a few different dining places. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The beach equipment was a bonus and very much appreciated. Have already recommeded this condo to people looking to stay in this area.

Outstanding Place
This condo was an outstanding place. Very clean!! Plenty of room and comfort for our group of six adults. Owners were very responsive to phone calls and text questions. Extremely close access to the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Great View!
Nice, clean condo with an excellent view of the ocean. There are other reviews that comment on how the bed is comfortable and I will second that. The clothes dryer had an error on it (heating element) so we couldn’t dry our clothes, but that wasn’t a real big deal for us. We did notify the owners and they said they would get service out to fix it. Overall, a great stay.

We had a great experience staying at this location, and what we liked the most about it is that you had both a view to the beach as well as direct access to it. If you like how the condo looks in photos, you’ll love it in person, it looks even better. Instructions on access to the place and the pool were emailed ahead of time and it was really easy to get in. The condo was really clean when we arrived and everything was in working order. The property owners provide beach accessories and towels so you don’t have to take yours along. There is a small cooler that fits about 6 drinks, and they provide an umbrella as well as a couple of chairs. If you plan on having a few people out and staying for a while, you might want to take a larger shelter and a cooler. There is a convenience store a couple of blocks away as well as a cafe and plenty of restaurant options. There is assigned covered parking under the building and although it’s tight, it is manageable even with a larger vehicle. Overall great place and we would definitely stay again.

Great South Padre condo
Condo is right on the beach in a smaller building so the pool area and beach area were never overcrowded. Very nice unit with everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice but a few issues
The beach and ocean waves were great. However, we were disappointed this rental did not have door screens-listening to the ocean at night would have been nice. The space was comfortable-large and very clean. Supplies were limited or non-existent. No starter laundry detergent and, even worse, no dishwasher pods/soap. We had to unload the dishwasher, wash everything by hand and reload for the sanitize cycle. We contacted the owner, asking if we missed a supply somewhere, but never heard back. Communication with this host was not the best.

Beautiful property with comfy furniture and bed, kitchen well supplied.
We liked having a covered parking spot off street, although the parking garage is quite close quarters...thank goodness for all the safety features on our car! We never got to use the hot tub or pool, because neither was sufficiently heated the entire time, which was unfortunate. Unit was nice and quiet until 2 ladies who both spoke at high volumes arrived in the adjacent unit. VERY FEW channels on the TV....almost everything was an upgrade.
