On the upper floor, unleash your culinary creativity in the fully equipped kitchen! Gather around the wrap-around kitchen bar, perfect for up to seven hungry beachgoers, and bask in the sun shining through the sliding patio door while you enjoy your meals.

The upstairs living room is a tropical paradise, bursting with bright colors, rustic accents, and cozy furnishings that will get you started with a burst of excitement every morning.

You'll find two delightful bedrooms on this level, with practical furniture and bathed in refreshing natural light from large windows. Just a quick note: Gardenia Villa is a unique gem with independent floors that don't connect through an internal door or stairway. Each floor has its own exterior entrance, giving you the freedom to enjoy the space however you like. So pack your bags and get ready for an unforgettable vacation!

Over priced and worn.
First we had eight in our party and both floors. No where in the literature about the place we had to use outside stairs to go to the second level! I'm sorry, but this place is grossly overpriced for what we got. The lower level never got below 70 degrees setting and it was hot at night. If it were not for the ceiling fans and a floor fan from the second floor the folks on the lower level would not have enjoyable rests. The upstairs was very comfortable. There is more....second morning the kitchen on the lower level shorted out when it was plugged in. 12 hours later it was replaced by the mgnt. group. The pool had two places where the plaster had come off and there were several spots where the rebar was beginning to show through the plaster. The water pressure was dismal!. In the second floor second bedroom there was a constant ticking sound or a dripping sound or a whirring sound with a clicking sound 24/7. We searched for the but could not discover where it was originating. Very annoying. The décor was minimal and the entire place needed up dating & a general rehab.. Overall, we were very disappointed for our annual trip with the grandkids to SPI.
