Needs some work
It was very challenging to open the corroded lock box. Also both doors were a challenge for the entire stay as they both are very corroded.
The WiFi did not work the entire visit. The main TV in the living room was not able to be used as it only worked on WiFi. We tried to reach out to the owner which was no help. He told us the last group didn't complain (ouch).
We called maintenance and they sent someone that did not speak english but we were able to communicate with each others using our phone translators. He concluded the Arris cable modem was dead. No lights came on regardless of where he plugged it in. We communicated this to the owner and his comment was VRBO will take care of this. Well, here's your chance.
We enjoy watching something together as a family at the end of the day but were unable to. My wife reached out to the owner several times asking what he was going to do and he had zero interest in helping us.
Customers need to be treated better.
